Jennifer Nordlof

Jennifer (Thompson) Nordlof, '95 is currently Director of Admissions at Rock Valley College (Rockford, IL) She continues to be active in theatre both performing and directing. Her favorite role to date is that of Mom to Miles and Maya. Her advice to current students:

Just ask questions, a lot of questions. Be sure to do an internship, or at the very least job shadowing. There's so much you can do with a CATA major, but because the major is so broad it is up to the student to narrow the playing field. I also recommend an off campus program. On an off campus program one is able to learn a lot more about themselves in an environment outside of Monmouth. Many off campus programs incorporate independent study as well as internships into their curriculum.
