~Leadership~
There are many leadership
opportunities available whether it is being the chapter president or being the
song leader. Each member has the potential to gain a leadership position.
This also looks nice on a resume for future jobs.
~Service ~
Alpha Xi Delta serves the community in many ways. Our
Philanthropy, Choose Children, especially focuses on providing service to the
"little people" of the Monmouth community. We provide activities such as our
Annual Easter Egg Hunt, and Faculty Night Out, which is a program that watches
the children of the faculty and staff of the college for free once a month.
~Fan Club ~
Whether
it is cheering you on at a sports event or listening to you present a speech
for the Debate Team, our sisters will be there to support you in the various
activities you plan to join.
~Diversity ~
Alpha Xi Delta is filled with so many different women from many walks of life,
that have many different beliefs and opinions and are respected for who they
are.
~Support ~
If you need a shoulder to cry on or just someone to have a great time
with, your sisters in Alpha Xi Delta will be there for you no matter what.
~Lifelong Sisterhood
~
It doesn't matter if you still attend college, graduated two years
ago, or graduated 30 years ago, being a sister in Alpha Xi Delta means being a
sister for life.
~Tutors ~
With our Academic Program, the sisters of Alpha Xi Delta will help you
maintain or increase your GPA by offering to help you with your papers, math
problems, or just homework in general. Academics is very important to us so
we make it a point to give strong support and encouragement in our sisters'
academics lives.
~Life Lessons
~
Most college students often find themselves searching for their own
identity. Joining Alpha Xi Delta is the perfect way of finding "the real
you," whether it is through taking on a leadership position or just learning
how to communicate with your sisters and others.
