B.  Consider the following TAP.

·        Thesis – Illinois should adopt a “Voter ID” law requiring all registered voters to present a state-issued, photo ID before being allowed to vote.

·        Audience – Members of the Illinois State Legislature

·        Purpose – to persuade them to vote “yes” on the pending “Voter ID” bill.

          1.  Change one of the above.  Then determine how the other two must be redefined.
