In order to have sufficient arts materials on hand for these workshops, advance reservations are required. Please fill out the form below and return it via campus mail or in person to the College Chaplain’s Office no later than TWO WEEKS BEFORE the session(s) for which you are registering. If you prefer, you may copy this form and e-mail the information to kfannin@monm.edu.
