OTHER RELIGIOUS AND SPIRITUAL LIFE OPPORTUNITIES AND SNAPSHOTS OF PAST EVENTS

Bible Study If you are interested in great discussions and exciting discoveries, come to the Chaplain's Bible Study at 1002 E. Broadway on Monday afternoons at 4:00 p.m.  Several other weekly Bible study groups meet at times determined by students.  If you would like to be a part of one of these groups, be sure to sign up at the religious and spiritual life table during the Activities Fair on Orientation weekend.

The Sam Thompson Club This is Monmouth College's Philosophy and Religion Club!  It meets on Monday nights at 7:00 to discuss issues of interest to students.  Past topics have included "Do Humans Really Have a Soul?," "Should Capital Punishment Be Banned?," and "Should Guns Be Legal?"  Sometimes this group watches a movie (with PIZZA!) and has a discussion afterward.  Discussion topics are chosen by members of the group.  For more information contact Dr. Anne Mamary at annem@monm.edu
