Results for Protein Assay

The results from the protein assay gave us concentrations of GFP of 0.1487 g/L and 0.2425 g/L. We were able to determine these concentrations from the absorbencies we obtained during the experiment. By plotting the absorbencies of a known concentration and using the equation for the regression line from these results we were able to find the concentrations for our sample.
