Andro to Banned List: Players File Grievance"
Recently in the news the NBA stated that they
would like to ban Androstenedione, the testosterone boosting supplement.
The players and the National Basketball Players Association quickly filed a
grievance arguing that baseball has not banned it so why should they.
"Their grievance has no basis," NBA deputy commissioner Russ Granik said.
In the end many basketball players went away upset, but the collective thought
is that this banning is best for the athletes and for the sport of basketball.
