The Trial of
Herodes Atticus Herodes Atticus, the son of Tiberius Claudius Atticus Herodes, is hereby charged with the murder of his wife, Appia Annia Regilla Atilia Caucidia Tertulla. As a member of either the prosecution or the defense team, you will use the material discussed in Pomeroy's book and this class to prepare your case which will be presented during the trial scheduled for Thursday, March 7, 2014. Following the trial you will prepare in writing a statement as a member of the jury in which you declare your verdict and the reason for your decision.
