A chapter report summarizing the activities of the chapter during the current academic year should be submitted to the Executive Secretary by April 30 of every year for publication in the Nuntius.  The chapter advisor can submit this report  on-line by completing this form, e-mailed or by e-mailing the report to the Executive Secretary at toms@monm.edu.
