      a.  A letter of application, describing your experience and goals as an educator, and how the proposed program would contribute to those goals, and expanding on any of  the questions above.

      b.  A budget outlining your expenses for participating in this program, and any other funding you may receive. It is the understanding of Eta Sigma Phi that the sum of all scholarships and grants will not exceed the expenses that this program will require (tuition, travel, lodging, and so on).

      c.  Two letters of recommendation either in a sealed envelope or sent directly to the committee. Appropriate recommenders include, for example, a current or former professor, a principal, or a department head.

      d.  An official transcript from your current or most recent academic institution.
