INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIPS 2008 – 2009

Illinois Classical Conference

If your educational institution wishes to show its support of ICC by paying an annual fee of $30, it will receive the following benefits:

• One ICC award for an outstanding student to be chosen by your institution.

The student will receive a congratulatory certificate stating that your school

has designated the student as a recipient of an ICC Award for Outstanding

Accomplishment in Classical Studies for the 2008 – 2009 academic year, and a free membership in ICC for the following (2009 – 2010) academic year.

• A certificate stating your institution’s support of ICC.
• Publication of institutional announcements free of charge in the ICC Augur (our publication that keeps members informed of happenings in the Classics).
• A free department subscription of the Augur. (3 issues will be mailed to the

department’s contact person)

• Graduate or Undergraduate Students: complimentary registration & lunch for a student who presents a paper at the ICC Conference in October of 2009.
• Inclusion on the list of ICC Member Institutions, which will be
1. printed in the program of the 2009 ICC Conference (only if institutional membership form is received by December 31, 2008.)
2. printed in the ICC Augur
3. posted on the Illinois Classics Website.

Please fill out an Institutional Membership Form and submit it, along with payment, to Liz Skoryi.

Your institutional membership will be acknowledged, and you will receive an award designation form for your student honoree, to be submitted no later than April 16, 2009.
