West gives a suggestion that as Crimson Masque have a support system put into place so that nobody becomes too bogged down all at once. For example if an executive board member is not in attendance for a certain number of meetings then that person would be asked to step down. Also (from Mike D) if scholarship winners miss too many meetings then there should be action taken.
-Suggestion: If Scholarship winners do not meet requirements then other people that meet the requirements should be allowed to receive those above mentioned scholarships.
-Executive Board positions for next year (08-09). Nominations will be occurring very soon. After all the nominations are received there will be a general election that will happen at the Crimson Masque meeting (the week after Urinetown goes up). This will include a paper ballot. If someone is not present at the meeting then a general ballot will be sent out via email.
-Nominations, which are received, need to be accepted by the nominee. Also if a person nominates his or her self should prepare a small speech about why they are the best person for the job. These speeches should be ready for presentation during the March 19th meeting.
-Auditions for the directing class’ one act shows will be held during the days between spring break and Easter break.
-People in the Urinetown have the potential to be in one of the one-act plays
-The final date will be sent
-Think about doing scenes
