Crimson Masque Exec Meeting

CATA Office- Noon

Attendance: Michael Heaton, Mike Diamond, Janeve West, Douglas Rankin

Start 12:07 p.m.

Costume Sales: October 25, 2007 NOON to 7 p.m. (11 a.m. Set up)

            -Missy is not present, so we need to email her about the structure of the sale.

a.       Do we have people to work the costume sale?

b.      Do we have a schedule of when people are working?

c.       Can we have other people help us set up?

d.      Do you know how much stuff we have?

e.       Will you be emailing Greek Life to advertise?

-Heaton will make a slide and flyers to put up advertising the Costume Sale

-Heat will hunt down people to post up flyers…(i.e. Heather Hall, Valerie Koopman, Sarah Kindt, Kate Drost)

-Mike will be storming Public Folders and emailing Winbig

-We will chalk after the meeting on Wednesday October 24^th

            -That happens to be Mike’s Birthday….buy him gifts!

-LC Coghill has chalk for us to use in the involvement office in basement of Stockdale

***Doug starts to play volleyball with a wasp and we find out that Heaton is allergic to wasps***

Database/Webmaster- We need people to fill these positions, for the people in these positions have either stepped down or not responded to simple tasks. Make a point of this at the meeting!!!

Slide Show:

            -Sara talks to Doc Wallace about where the pictures are stored and scanned.

-Sara emailed people telling them of when she will be working on the slide show and asked when they can help as well

Parade:

            -Missy- how is the parade banner going?

            -Michael Young has no one to bite on walking with them in the parade

Misc.:

            -November 2 or 3, Cast Party with “Baltimore Waltz” gang

            -Open to all Crimson Masquers

-“Wiley and the Hairy Man”- some people bit on this opportunity, maybe this may work, pushing theatre events and such.

***Janeve feels awkward when guys start talking about whipped cream and jello shots***

            -T-Shirts- what’s the deal? Where they at or when they coming in?

-Email exec minutes out to Kate Drost and Sara Youngs and invite them to the meetings.

-Mike and Heat will be productive using computers before class at 1 p.m.
