-Sign up going around to sign up for Thursday October 25, 2007
-Thanks to everyone for signing up, all slots have been covered!
-All of those who are not walking in the parade for other groups, meet Crimson Masque at X-Line Pharamacy in town to line up, look for Michael Young
-Let us know if you can
-Sara cannot be at the Slide Show, due to band commitments.
-Ellen Ehrenhart & Brian Blanks will be running the show, starting at 10:30
-If those who are in the parade can help at the Wells after the parade, that will be great.
-Michael Young talked with Bruce about getting coffee urns.
-Janeve will buy Apple Cider from EconoFoods…”cheap and good”-interjects Mike
-Heather Hall will be making cookies—Thanks!
-Mike to get Sara list of those who volunteered for cookies (but he couldn’t find it)
- November 1st- Dicussion after Opening Night- all are welcome for refreshments (we want to start this to be a tradition!!!)
- November 2nd- Crimson Masque is invited to the Cast Party- Boone House, 9ish to Midnight
- Everyone should bring a bag of something to the Cast Party- sign up went around- bring what you signed up for-THANKS!
- Michael Heaton wants muffins for the Discussion
- Chicago Arts Program- through the Associated Colleges of the Midwest- internships to study in Chicago for a semester, see Janeve for details- even if you are a freshman or sophomore and you want an internship in the future, still inquire
- Rebecca Geldman is the contact for this program, see Janeve for information
- Steve from Stockdale was wondering if anyone would like to read scary stories during dinner on Halloween, email Mike if you are interested.
- Put up signs advertising “Baltimore Waltz”
