A. Theatre games at meetings- for all of us theatre geeks at heart- we love our games
B. Crimson Masque Alumni Slideshow- Sara Youngs is the head of the committee.
i. You assist in putting together a slide show, by going through the theatre archives and piecing together a nice presentation on the evolution of MC Theatre
ii. Sara and Brian Blanks need assistance putting together the slide show, as well as help being in the Wells on Saturday October 27, 2007- after the Homecoming parade from about 10am to 12:30 pm

C. Costume Sale
i. Will be held week of Halloween
ii. We need a head of a committee to sort through old costumes with Pat and Doug, as well as selling them
iii. Will be held on the Peterson Plaza (right outside the Wells Theatre)
iv. Interested? Contact an Exec member and/or Doug
D. Crimson Masquerade Ball
i. Undecided date- usually is second semester
ii. We need a head of and a committee to help plan
iii. Ideas so far: we want a DJ, we want to promote this thing campus wide, possibly lighting (if DJ doesn’t have some) and a place to hold it.
iv. It’s a dance, so let’s make it fun for all!
VI. Ticket Trades
A. We have deals with local colleges to exchange tickets to see other school’s shows- (i.e. Knox & Carl Sandburg)- emails will be coming for opportunities for tickets
B. We are working to make this kind of deal with other colleges (i.e. WIU, Bradley, Augustana, St. Ambrose)
C. Lyric Opera in Chicago- There are three spots available for Theatre folk
i. You would be attending a dress rehearsal in Chicago
ii. Wednesday nights from 9am to 9pm
iii. Dates will be coming further with emails from Prof. West
VII. Point Jazz
A. Crimson Masque Points
B. ACTF Points
i. Prof West handed out a sheet explaining points for ACTF and for Crimson Masque
ii. Email her at jwest@monm.edu for a copy of the handout
iii. Remember: In order to participate as a voting member, you need 5 points, 20 points for a key member and eligible for Alpha Psi Omega.
iv. For ACTF: The more points you have, the better a chance you have to be considered for our limited spots to go to this event.
VIII. Crimson Masque Nights Out

iv. Any suggestions- send them to one of the exec members
IX. T-Shirts
A. $5 per person, per shirt
B. Design Competition
i. Submit design ideas via email to an exec member
ii. Submit drawing ideas to Prof West or Prof Rankin
iii. Be as creative as possible

3. Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve, Hoodies, Tank Tops, other clothing???
iv. Designs due by Weds Sept. 26th at the meeting
