Crimson Masque Exec Meeting

Attendance: Missy Metz, Vice President; Mike Diamond, Secretary/Treasurer; Janeve West, Faculty Advisor
Meeting Began 12:07 p.m.
Costume Sales:
-Missy will be contacting those who are interested in helping with the costume sales via email
-Missy, Heaton, Mike and Maddy will be taking shifts overseeing the selling process
-Kayt will be chalking for the advertising of the Costume Sale
-Will be held out on the Dunlap Terrace instead of Peterson Plaza
-Will be held on October 25th (Day after Mike’s Birthday) from 11-7; set up is at 10 a.m…more details to follow
Homecoming Slide Show:
-Missy will be emailing Sara Youngs the list of volunteers, so they can get started on the project.
-Janeve brought up that the theatre slideshow was not put in the flyer sent out to alumni, think of ideas, how to attract people over to the theatre
-October 27th 10:30 a.m.- 1p.m.
Workshops, etc.:
-Showing for Megan Kelly workshop was very poor…we need to find a better time for a workshop
-Try to figure out a good day for a theatre workshop to raise attendance by surveying people in the next meeting.
-Sheila Rocha workshop- Liberation Theatre- 10/4/07- 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; 10/5/07- Follow-up Carry-Tray 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Misc.:
-Mike will be sending out a “miss you” e-mail to those freshman who have not attended a meeting yet and have not asked to be off of the mailing list, so we can make an accurate active roster
-Prof West is encouraging us to get more people at the meetings
-Our pitch for getting people to go to the meeting: “Come and get information on free tickets to ‘Wiley & The Hairy Man!’”
