English 110: A first year course focused on writing arguments

Teaching Interests

18th & 19th Century British literature, including Romantic poetry; the Gothic novel
 

Research Interests

18th-Century Sentimental Theory; the novels of Thomas Hardy; fine art & literature in the longer 18th-century
