additional $125.00 in Flex dollars.
The Edinburgh: $1,450.00/semester
This plan allows you to eat all 21 meals offered weekly and provides you with $45.00 in Flex
dollars.
The Dundee: $1,520.00/semester
This is the most flexible of our meal plans. This plan allows you to any

meals offered weekly and also provides you with $165.00 in Flex dollars.
The Haddington: $1,450.00/semester
This plan allows you to eat any 14 of our 21 meals offered each week and provides you with
$85.00 in Flex dollars.
The Aberdeen: $1,450.00/semester
This plan allows you to eat any 10 of our 21 meals offered each week and provides you with
$140.00 in Flex dollars.
**ORGANIC OPTIONS**
The Queensferry:
$2,080/semester
This plan provides you with all 21 Organic meals offered at
the Stockdale Main Dining Room and $45 in Flex dollars.
The Stonehaven:
$1,870/semester
This option is for those who are likely to eat only 14 Organic
meals per week. This plan is supplemented with $85 in Flex
dollars.
The St. Andrews:
$1,750/semester
Designed for those with schedule conflicts or a lighter a lighter
appetite offering 10 full Organic meals per week and provides you
with $140 in Flex dollars.
What are Flex Dollars?
Flex Dollars are used just like cash in any of our cash operations. They offer the flexibility
of eating whenever you like with choices like our Montague's Deli in Scotland Yard or even
purchasing a couple of candy bars in The Scot's Market. They are coded onto your ID card and
all you have to do to spend them is present your card to the cashier when you check out. They
provide security and convenience, and here at Monmouth Dining Services, that's a delicious
combination!
