A visit to Batavia for 4th of July

Great fireworks.

Hollis was growing rapidly, and Stella loved to mug for the camera.

In Monmouth, the garden was beautiful despite the drought. Sammy and his garden path.

The pond was a delightful place. The Koi were always hungry, too.

We kept roses there, too, both along the fence (two fragrant varieties—Mr. Lincoln and John F. Kennedy), and two in pots.

Bill built a new entrance to the back, two arches with a small stairway to the bridge.

Clematis was on all the fences. And flowering plants in pots.
