Highlights of the Spring Break Trip: Neuschwanstein

A snowy day, with fog and slush, but we persisted.

Way, way up the mountain.

We were pretty tired by the time we got to

buy our tickets and stand in line with a

couple dozen other Americans--the only people

crazy enough to drive in a snowstorm.

But it was worth it. A little Gluhwein helped. It came with a commemorative cup.

Lunch was a welcome event at the end

of the carriage ride downhill.
