Lists
Import a Class List into Excel
- Click on the Start button and select Computer.

- Double-click on the W: drive.
- Double-click on the Apps folder.
- Double-click on the MCUtil folder.
- Double-click on the ClassLists folder.
- Right-click on your class list and select Copy.
- Right-click on your desktop and select Paste.
- Open Excel.
- Click on the File menu and select Open.
- On the Open window, click on the Files of type
down arrow and select All Files.

- Select your class list .txt file.
- On the Text Import Wizard window, click on
the Next button.
- Make sure that Delimited is selected.

- Click on the Next button.
- Uncheck the Tab checkbox and put a checkmark in the
Comma
checkbox.

- Click on the Next button.
- Click on the Finish button.
- Save the Excel file.
