Class Lists
To import a class list into Excel:
- Open the My Computer folder on your desktop.
- Open the W: drive.
- Open the MCUtil folder.
- Open the Class Lists folder.
- Right-click on your class list and select Copy. Then,
right-click on your desktop and select Paste.
- Open Excel.
- Click on the File menu and select Open.
- On the Open window, click on the Files of type
down arrow and select All Files, as shown circled below.

- Select your class list .txt file. The Text Import Wizard
appears.
- Click on the Next button.
- Make sure that Delimited is selected, as shown circled
below.

- Click on the Next button.
- Uncheck the Tab checkbox and check the Comma
checkbox, as shown circled below.

- Click on the Next button.
- Click on the Finish button.
- Save the Excel file.
