Class Lists

Import a Class List into Excel

  1. Click on the Start button and select Computer.

  2. Double-click on the W: drive.
  3. Double-click on the Apps folder.
  4. Double-click on the MCUtil folder.
  5. Double-click on the ClassLists folder.
  6. Right-click on your class list and select Copy.
  7. Right-click on your desktop and select Paste.
  8. Open Excel.
  9. Click on the File menu and select Open.
  10. On the Open window, click on the Files of type down arrow and select All Files.

  11. Select your class list .txt file.
  12. On the Text Import Wizard window, click on the Next button.
  13. Make sure that Delimited is selected.

  14. Click on the Next button.
  15. Uncheck the Tab checkbox and put a checkmark in the Comma checkbox.

  16. Click on the Next button.
  17. Click on the Finish button.
  18. Save the Excel file.
