Reset the Internet Explorer Settings
Change the Proxy Settings

Zoom In or Out

To zoom in or out, press and hold the Ctrl key and use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in or out.

You also can zoom in or out by clicking the Zoom arrow in the lower-right corner of the window and selecting the desired option.

Reset the Internet Explorer Settings

  1. Click on the Tools down arrow and select Internet Options.

  2. Click on the Advanced tab.
  3. Click on the Reset button.

  4. Select Delete personal settings.

  5. Click on the Reset button.
  6. Click on the Close button.

  7. Click on the OK button.
  8. Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
  9. Click the Print down arrow and select Print Preview. If you still see a blank page in Print Preview, then repeat steps 1 - 7 and try again.

Change the Proxy Settings

If you are having problems accessing a web site, then try changing Internet Explorer's proxy settings.

To change the proxy settings in Internet Explorer:

  1. Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Connections tab.
  3. Click on the LAN Settings button.
  4. Uncheck the Automatically detect settings and/or Use automatic configuration scripts checkboxes.

  5. Put a checkmark in the Use a proxy server for your LAN checkbox,  enter 10.10.0.1 in the Address field, enter 8080 in the Port field, and put a checkmark in the Bypass proxy server for local addresses checkbox.

  6. Click on the Advanced button.
  7. In the Exceptions area, enter the base URL for the web site that you want view. (For example, if the web site's URL is http://personal.monm.edu/jdoe, then enter personal.monm.edu.)

  8. Click on the OK button.
  9. Click on the OK button.
  10. Click on the OK button.
