Overview

A choice activity is an ungraded multiple choice question that you can use to quickly poll students. For example, you could use a choice activity to find out whether your students completed a reading assignment.

Add a Choice Activity

1. Click on the Turn editing on button in the upper-right corner of your course home page.
2. Click on the desired Add an activity... down arrow and select Choice.
3. In the Choice name field, enter a name for the choice question.
4. In the Choice text field, enter the question.
5. Specify the other choice options. (For more information about the choice options, click on their help buttons.)
   
6. Click on the Save changes and return to course button at the bottom of the page.

Edit a Choice Activity

1. On your course home page, click on the choice activity.
2. Click on the Update this Choice button in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Make the desired change.
4. Click on the Save changes and return to course button at the bottom of the page.

View Choice Activity Responses

1. On your course home page, click on the choice activity.
2. Click on View [number] responses in the upper-right corner of the page.
