Messaging Overview Moodle has a messaging system that you can use to send messages to students enrolled in your course.
New messages appear in the Messages
block, shown below. You and your students can have copies of Moodle messages sent to your Monmouth College (or other) e-mail account when you are not logged in to Moodle. (For more information, see Configure Your Messaging Settings.) If you want to use Moodle's messaging system, then you will need to add the Messages block to your course home page.
