Below is a picture of a typical course home page.
Navigation BarIn the upper-left corner of the course home page is a navigation bar, which you use to access the main Moodle page and the course home page. Turn editing on Button & Switch role to Drop-Down BoxIn the upper-right corner of the course home page is the Turn editing on button and the Switch role to drop-down box. Clicking the Turn editing on button displays editing tools that you use to make changes to your course. The Switch role to drop-down box is used to view your course as a student, guest, or non-editing teacher. Course ContentThe middle of the course home page contains the course content, which is usually organized in week or topic sections. The first week or topic appears at the top of the page. BlocksOn the left and right sides of the course home page are blocks that contain information or provide access to different parts of the course.
