Overview

Resources in Moodle are files that you upload to your course (such as a syllabus) or links that you create to web pages. (For more information, see Add a File to Your Course Home Page and Add a Web Page Link to Your Course Home Page.)

Activities are graded tasks that your students complete in Moodle or outside of Moodle. (For more information, see Assignments, Choices, Forums, and Quizzes.)

Edit a Resource or Activity

1. Click on the Turn editing on button in the upper-right corner of your course home page.
2. Click on the resource's or activity's Edittool.
3. Make the desired change(s).
4. Click on the Save changes and return to course button at the bottom of the page.

Move a Resource or Activity

1. Click on the Turn editing on button in the upper-right corner of your course home page.
2. Click on the resource's or activity's Move tool.
3. Click on the desired Move to here box.
   
   

Delete a Resource or Activity

1. Click on the Turn editing on button in the upper-right corner of your course home page.
2. Click on the resource's or activity's Deletetool.
3. Click on the Yes button.

Hide a Resource or Activity

1. Click on the Turn editing on button in the upper-right corner of your course home page.
2. Click on the resource's or activity's Hidetool.
