Calendar

Schedule a Meeting

  1. Open the Calendar.
  2. Click on the New Appointment New Appointment Button button.
  3. Enter the subject line, location, and start and end times.
  1. Click on Scheduling Assistant.

Scheduling Assistant

  1. Click on the Add Attendees button and select the people that you want to invite to the meeting.
  2. When you are finished selecting meeting attendees, click on the OK button.
  3. Click on the Send button.

Create a Group Schedule

A group schedule shows free/busy information for the people you choose. If someone grants you Reviewer permission to his or her calendar, then you also will be able to see that person's appointment details on the group schedule.

  1. Open the Calendar.
  2. Click on the View Group Schedules View Group Schedules Button button.
  3. Click on the New button.
  4. Enter a name for the group schedule.
  5. Click on the OK button.
  6. Click on the Add Others button and select Add from Address Book.
  7. Select the group members.
  8. Click on the OK button.
  9. Click on the Save and Close button.

Print a Shared Calendar

  1. Open the shared calendar.
  2. Click on the File menu and select Page Setup.
  3. Select the desired style to print.
  4. Under Options, uncheck all of the checkboxes.

Options

  1. Click on the Print button.
