Attachments


Insert an Attachment

To insert an attachment in an e-mail message:

  1. On the message window, click on the Attach File Attach File Button button.
     
  2. Click on the Browse button.
     
  3. Click on the file that you want to attach.
     
  4. Click on the Open button.
     
  5. Click on the Attach button.

Make a Change to an Attachment

IMPORTANT! Before you make any changes to an attachment, save it to your computer first. Then, open the copy that's on your computer and make the changes to it. Otherwise, your changes may be lost when you close the attachment.

Save an Attachment

To save an attachment to your F: drive or personal computer:

  1. On the message window, right-click on the attached file and select Save Target As, as shown circled below.

Save Target As Option

  1. Under Save in, select the desired save to location.
     
  2. In the File name field, accept the default file name or enter a new file name.
     
  3. Click on the Save button.
