Airbrush the Border of a Picture
When you use the airbrush tool to airbrush the border around a picture, the
result will look similar to the picture below.

To airbrush the border around
a picture:
- Open the picture in Photoshop LE.
- Make a backup copy of the picture by clicking on the File menu and
selecting Save As.
- At the bottom of the toolbox, click on the top box in the color picker, as
shown below. The color picker window appears.

- Select white or enter 255 in the R, G, and B fields,
as shown circled below.

- Click on the OK button.
- In the toolbox, click on the airbrush tool, as shown circled below.

- On the Brushes palette, click on 35, as shown circled below.
(If you don't see the Brushes palette, then click on the Window
menu and select Palettes - Show Brushes.)

- Set the airbrush pressure to 100%, as shown circled below.

- Click on the Select menu and select All. The entire picture
is selected.
- Click on the Select menu again and select Modify - Border.
The Border window appears.
- In the Width field, enter a value (e.g., 10, 15, or 20 depending on
how wide you want the border to be).
- Click on the OK button. The border area is defined.
- Use the airbrush tool to fill in the border area.
- Click on the Select menu and select None.
- Save the picture.
