Add a Colored Border to a Picture

To add a colored border to a picture:

  1. Open the picture in Photoshop LE.
     
  2. Make a backup copy of the picture by clicking on the File menu and selecting Save As.
     
  3. At the bottom of the toolbox, click on the top box in the color picker, as shown below. The color picker window appears.

  1. Select the desired color for the border.
  1. Click on the OK button.
     
  2. Click on the Select menu and select All. The entire picture is selected.
     
  3. Click on the Edit menu and select Stroke. The Stroke window appears.
     
  4. In the Width field, enter the desired value (e.g., 10).
     
  5. Click on the OK button. The colored border appears.
     
  6. Save the picture.
