Record Your Name To
record your name using the phone:
- Dial the Unity internal phone number 2222 (from a
campus phone) or dial the Unity external phone
number (309) 457-2222 (from an off-campus phone).
- As
soon as you hear the Monmouth College greeting ("Hello, you have
reached Monmouth College..."), press the star
( * ) key and, when
prompted, enter your voice mail ID and password
(the password for the first time you log on is 12345). You are logged on to
Unity.
- Press 4 to access setup options.
- Press 3 to access personal settings.
- Press 2 to record your name or to change your recorded
name.
- Follow the prompts to record or re-record your name.
- When you are finished recording your name, exit Unity
by pressing the star key ( *
) until you are backed out of the system and hang up.
