Set Up MC E-Mail for BlackBerry

General instructions for adding your MC e-mail account to your BlackBerry mobile device are below. (You may need to consult your device’s documentation for more detailed information.)

1. If you already have a MC e-mail POP account set up on your BlackBerry or if you need to make a change to the account settings (e.g., change the server name), then delete the MC e-mail account from your BlackBerry.
2. Add the MC e-mail account to your BlackBerry as a new account. (If you don't see an option to add an Exchange account, then select Other for the account type.)
3. Enter an INCORRECT password in the password field. An error message will display and you will be given the opportunity to choose between a POP account or an Outlook Web Access account.
4. Choose the Outlook Web Access account.
5. Enter your e-mail address (e.g., jdoe@monmmouthcollege.edu).
6. Enter https://email.monm.edu/owa for the web server address.
7. Enter your user name (e.g., jdoe).
   
   Note: You may need to add NT1\ in front of your user name. (e.g., NT1\jdoe).
8. Enter your CORRECT MC password.
9. If you're asked for a mailbox name, then enter your user name (e.g., jdoe).

Set Up MC E-Mail for Android

General instructions for adding your MC e-mail account to your Android mobile device are below. (You may need to consult your device’s documentation for more detailed information.)

1. Go to your Email app (not the Gmail app).
2. If available, select MS Exchange. Otherwise, click Add account.
3. Enter your email address (e.g., jdoe@monmouthcollege.edu) and MC password.
4. Select Manual Setup.
5. If available, select Exchange.
6. Enter the following information:

   Domain\Username: Your MC user name (Note: You may need to enter NT1\ in front of your user name.)

   Password: Your MC Password

   Server: email.monm.edu

   Domain: NT1

7. Make sure This server requires an encrypted SSL connection is selected.

Set Up MC E-Mail for iPhone

1. If you already have a MC e-mail POP account set up on your iPhone or if you need to make a change to the account settings (e.g., change the server name), then delete the MC e-mail account from your iPhone.
2. Add an Exchange account.
3. In the Email field, enter your Monmouth College e-mail address (e.g., jdoe@monmouthcollege.edu).
4. In the Domain field, enter NT1.
5. In the Username field, enter your Monmouth College user name (e.g., jdoe).
6. In the Password field, enter your Monmouth College password.
7. In the Server field, enter email.monm.edu.
8. Make sure that Use SSL is set to On.
