Report a Problem

If you experience any problems with your computer, a printer, the network, or a software application, then please submit a help ticket using the IS Help Desktop program. That way, the Information Systems Center will have a record of your request, and you'll be notified by e-mail when your request has been assigned to a technician and when your request is completed.

There are several ways that you can access the IS Help Desk program:

  • Click the IS Help Desk link on the gray navigation bar on the left side of this page.

  • Open the Outlook (not Outlook Web Access) on an office or lab computer and click on I.S. Help Desk on the Outlook Today page.

  • Go to the Monmouth College home page, click on Email in the upper-right corner of the page, and then click I.S. Help Desk under Quicklinks.

  • From the MyMC page, click Faculty Resources, Staff Resources, or Student Resources on the right. Then, click the Common button in the upper-right corner of the page and click Start Program across from Information Systems Help Desk.
