Where to Get Help for Your Personal Computer
The Information Systems Center can provide limited support for Windows-based computers. We can assist you with problems directly related to network connections and virus/spyware infections, but we cannot perform repairs or change software configurations on your machine. Network Connection or Virus/Spyware Problems If you have a network connection or virus/spyware problem, then you can schedule an appointment with a Student Technology Assistant by going to http://department.monm.edu/is/sta and submitting a request. Note: If you have a network connection problem and would like to try to troubleshoot it yourself, then please see Troubleshooting Steps for PCs or Troubleshooting Steps for MACs. If you experience a problem with your computer that is not network or virus/spyware related, then please refer to the list below of computer services in the Monmouth area. Note: Monmouth College and the Information Systems Center do not endorse nor guarantee any specific individual or company listed below. The information is provided for directory purposes only. Below are two area businesses that can assist you with your computer for a fee.
