  • ARTstor
    Provides online access to over 500,000 images and 950 virtual reality panoramas of important architectural locations, as well as descriptions for each item. Off-campus access.
  • Black Thought and Culture
    The database contains over 1,200 non-fiction sources from leading African Americans. Speeches, interviews, essays, and other materials are also included.  Off-campus access

    Online access to images from every issue of Harper's Weekly, the 19th-century "Journal of Civilization."
  • Literary Index [Gale]
    Indexes all Gale series on literary criticism and biography in our Reference Collection, i.e. Contemporary Literary Criticism, Contemporary Authors, and others. This product is freely available online.

    Provides online access to Salem Press' editorially reviewed critical analyses and brief plot summaries, combined with thousands of biographical records and images. Source materials include Masterplots, Masterplots II, and other Magill review publications. Off-campus access.

    A collection of primary source documents from Salem Press relating to American History. Full text of documents and commentary is included.
  • MLA International Bibliography

    Online version of the premiere etymological dictionary of the English language (20-volume set in print, found in our Reference Collection at REF PE 1625. N53 1933).
  • Sage E-Reference
    Fourty-seven reference titles covering a wide variety of subjects, including the humanities and social sciences.
  • Saskia Digital Art Images
    Contains 30,000 digital images of paintings, sculpture and architecture, from collections worldwide.
  • Times Literary Supplement Centenary Archive
    Fully searchable, the Times Literary Supplement contains a wide variety of contemporary literary review.
  • Women and Social Movements
    Covers women and their connections with social movements in the United States from 1600-2000. Includes 2,400 documents from 1,700 authors. Off-campus access.
