Instructions

1. Select the chapitre at the top of the page by clicking on it with your mouse. 

2. Locate the specific activity you need and click on the orange headphone icon located to the left of it. 

3. Use the Windows Media Player control bar that appears in the center of your screen to rewind, fast forward, or pause the recording. When not in use the control bar might disappear to the menu at the bottom of your page, click on the name "Windows Media Player" to retrieve it.
