Each student must submit an application form, a 500-word essay stating his or her educational objectives while studying in Northern Ireland, two letters of recommendation [one from the student’s advisor and one from a faculty member or administrator at the student’s institution] and a copy of the student’s academic transcript through the fall 2005 semester. Four copies of a nomination form and all application materials must be submitted by the applicant’s home institution, postmarked no later than February 1, 2006.
