Welcome
and thank you for taking the time to view my online web page. Feel
free to look around all aspects of my web page. My
name is Greg Bouslog and I am currently a senior here at
Monmouth
College. I'll be graduating in the spring of 2007 with a
double major in communication and theatre arts with a concentration in
media, and my second major being public relations.
Throughout my
webpage, you'll be able to view many things about my four years at
Monmouth College. You can view a page about the
internship I did in the summer of 2006, an objectives page of my
collection of work from my years at Monmouth College, a personal
goals page that includes short and long term goals, and also my resume.
I grew up
in two small towns in Illinois, Genoa through 4th grade and I now
reside in Princeton, which is an hour north of Peoria and an hour west
of the Quad Cities. I graduated from Princeton High School with a
3.8 G.P.A. in 2003. Growing up in a small town, I became a huge
sports fan. From the days of shooting baskets in my driveway, to
playing on Friday nights in front of big crowds, to playing in the state
tennis tournament, I've lived and breathed
sports. It's safe to say that I am a die-hard fan. I want to
take my love of sports into my career with me. I have a high
knowledge of sports and believe that I could be very successful in a
sports-related career. My dream is to
be a sports broadcaster, ultimately with my favorite team growing
up, the Chicago Cubs. Nothing is better than Wrigley Field in
the summer.
At Monmouth
College, I am taking a full load of communication classes, along
with Public Relation classes. I have gained a lot of
experience and learned a lot of knowledge from these classes.
Along with that, I am beginning my fourth year of varsity tennis
after already lettering my first three years. I am also active
in the school's television station, MC-TV. I choose my own
sports stories and go out and film, interview, and edit my story.
I'm involved in the entire process and have learned to complete the
entire process very successfully. I've also just completed my
sixth semester of
being disc jockey for the school's radio station, WMCR. In my time
with the radio station, I've learned to become a very skilled disc
jockey. I've gained a lot of positive experience while working with both programs and would enjoy doing
those activities more in the future.
I hope you
enjoy your time looking around my online web page. My email
address is at the bottom of the page so if you have any questions,
comments, or concerns regarding anything on my web pare, feel free
