I was born in Highland Park, IL and grew up in Wauconda, IL, where I attended school from Kindergarten to 12th grade.  During those formative years, I was a very active student, both academically and in extracurriculars.  Currently I spend my breaks from school in Bloomingdale, Illinois.  All of these are suburbs of Chicago.

During my years here at Monmouth I have been extremely active in extracurricular activities.  I have been heavily involved with both the theatre program Crimson Masque and the student governing body Associated Students of Monmouth College.  I am also involved with several activist groups on campus as well as the Fighting Scots Marching Band.  I have also recently been given the honor of being inducted into Monmouth College's Alpha Epsilon Phi chapter of the national theatre honorary Alpha Psi Omega.
