COMM Electronic Portfolio
--Objectives--

The hyperlinks pasted below will take you through my academic journey while attending Monmouth College. There are four sections of my objectives portion of the electronic portfolio where you can access my discussions of knowledge and abilities as a communication professional. There are also examples of artifacts (i.e. papers, speeches, PowerPoints) I have included. I have accomplished these artifacts not only for my majors, but also for a liberal arts background in the field of communication. Along with the artifacts in each section of this page are reflection statements describing my thoughts and reactions to each artifact. The reflection statements are useful because I offer general background information about the artifacts. This page is structured around the goals of the Communication and Theatre Arts major at Monmouth College.
 

  1. COMMUNICATION MESSAGES  - I am able to construct effective messages, which are important aspects within the communication/theater arts atmosphere of Monmouth College.
     

  2. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE - I have gained general knowledge of the communication and media field. I have also gained specific knowledge in my concentration as well as the liberal arts background.

  3. APPLICATION - I am a dynamic problem solver in individual, small, and large group settings while applying general knowledge from the communication and media field.

  4. SKILLS - I am able to construct communication skills in public settings.
