Program: Photoshop CS2

Model: Kelly Boynton

Method:

    Model: Kelly was created using solely vectors. The original picture was imported into Photoshop where the opacity was reduced. Layers using the Pen tool where then created to cover up the original picture.

    Foreground: The hair dryer was created in a similar fashion as Kelly was created. The heart was created with the pen tool as well, then duplicated to create the flowing effect.

    Background: The tree was first sketched out onto paper then scanned into a computer. Then as with Kelly and the hair dryer it was gone over with the Pen tool. The moon and the clouds where simple shapes created and then given depth. The white fence in the background was made by duplicating a particular selections repeatably and then overlapped.

I realize that this is not exactly a true vectored image, but the majority of it was done with that in mind.
