ROGER SANDER (Monmouth '78) begins his 6th season as men's baseball coach at Monmouth, where he also serves as assistant basketball coach and equipment manager. He was assistant baseball coach for nine years before taking the head coaching position in 1994. Sander was a two-time NCAA Division III Second Team All-American selection in basketball and captained Fighting Scot teams which posted 13-7 and 15-5 records in 1977 and 1978. He currently holds all of the individual rebounding records, including the career mark of 939 rebounds, and still has the sixth-highest scoring average in team history. Sander was inducted into the Monmouth M-Club Hall of Fame in 1994.

BRENT DUGAN (Monmouth '94) enters his second year as Sander's assistant coach and brings a sense of tradition and dedication to the baseball program. Dugan won four varsity letters in baseball (1991-94) and played on 3 MWC championship teams, splitting time between the infield and the pitching mound. During his senior season he won a school-record 13 games and pitched the team to a 2nd-place finish in the MWC tournament.
