DR. TERRY GLASGOW enters his 27th season as the head men's basketball coach and has presided over more than one-third of the program's 1000-plus victories. In the 1994-95 season Glasgow passed the 350-win plateau and ranks as the most successful coach in Monmouth team history, posting only two losing records in 26 seasons. His teams have qualified for the NCAA Division III National Tournament five times since 1974 and have appeared in the MWC tournament 15 times in the last 19 seasons. Monmouth has captured 14 MWC South Division titles and won four Midwest Conference championships under Glasgow. His career coaching record now stands at 386-197, a winning percentage of .662 which ranks among the top 30 active Division III coaches. Glasgow was graduated from Parsons College in 1966 and earned his Ph.D. degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 1974. He also serves the physical education department as chairman and athletic director.
ROGER SANDER (Monmouth '78) begins his 15th season as men's basketball assistant coach. Sander was a two-time NCAA Division III Second Team All-American selection at Monmouth and captained Fighting Scot teams which posted 13-7 and 15-5 records in 1977 and 1978. He currently holds all of the individual rebounding records, including the career mark of 939 rebounds, and still has the sixth-highest scoring average in team history. Sander was inducted into the Monmouth M-Club Hall of Fame in 1994.
