The Fighting Scot women finished their second straight season sweep of MWC track titles, winning the outdoor trophy at Grinnell after claiming the indoor title in March. It was the fourth consecutive overall team victory and sixth in the program's history. Tennille McClure defended her shot and discus medals while Christy Hickey swept the 100 and 200 dashes, the latter in conference-record time. Heather Furrow also won two individual races on the track (400 meters and 400m hurdles) and anchored the Scots' victorious 4x400 relay.
