Monmouth finished in the top three in the women's division for the first time in team history as a group of freshman women paced the Fighting Scots to a third-place finish. Freshman Kristin Kite ran sixth overall for the only MC All-Conference medal but the Scots' 19-20-21 pack finish enabled the women to put eighty points between third and fourth places. Senior Jessica Mills was the team's second finisher in 19th place overall (16th scoring).
