Each Greek organization
has a minimum grade point requirement for joining. By
law, your permission is needed in order for that
information to be released by the College.
The grade
information will only be used by the organization for
the purposes of membership selection.
Your releasing of
this information is strictly voluntary, but with the
knowledge that some chapters may not be able to offer an
invitation for membership to persons without grade
information.
I
agree to have my grade point average and class rank
released to the fraternities.
