including, African Americans, Spanish Speaking/Latin Americans and Asian
Americans. Another 6% students are from other countries of the world. A total of
nine countries are represented on Monmouth College campus this 2006-2007
academic year.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Intercultural Life is to create, through programming and relationships, an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and welcoming of historically under-represented student groups and students from other countries.
Vision
The vision of the Office of Intercultural Life is to see Monmouth College
students acquire an understanding of the myriad of cultures that exist in U.S.
society and to acquire the skills to live, celebrate and appreciate the
diversity of those cultures.
