Posting Signs

When posting signs, posters or miscellaneous materials in the Stockdale Center, please follow these instructions:

• The Stockdale Center office must approve all materials. Any signs posted without the Stockdale Center Approved stamp will be removed.
   

• All materials must be either located on a bulletin board or concrete block walls. No materials may be posted on painted walls.
   

• No materials may be posted on the glass of the front or main dining room doors.
   

• The Stockdale Center will only approve items to be posted which are materials from recognized campus groups, departments, and local businesses. No advertisements for alcoholic beverages or parties will be approved.
   

• Other materials may be approved at the discretion of the Associate Dean of Students.
   

• All materials will be reviewed for appropriate content and photos.
   

• Designated boards are not to be used for general posting, i.e.: Wackerele Center, Greek Life, Leadership and Involvement Center, and Chaplain's Office.
   

• Special consiterations for posting locations may be made by approval of the Stockdale Center office.
   

• Only masking tape is permitted to post materials. NO SCOTCH TAPE.
   

• Any materials posted on surfaces other than bulletin boards or concrete block will be removed.
   

• Please be considerate of other items posted and do not post over them.
