provides reasonable and appropriate accommodations for students
with documented disabilities that substantially limit some major
life activity.
Examples of common
accommodations include classroom modifications, adaptive
equipment and testing arrangements. Documentation of a student’s
disability must be current and comprehensive, must include a
specific diagnosis and must be from a qualified professional.
Students seeking accommodations must
submit a Student Disability Accommodation Request Form located
here and attach the appropriate supporting
documentation. Every effort will be made to expedite review, but
students should note that processing and final accommodation
arrangements normally take three to six weeks. The request form
