Noise
& Quiet Hours
2007-2008
Since a residence hall is a place to study, the quiet hours established by
each house council must be observed.
A
student’s right to study or sleep in an environment free from undue
interference and disruption is a priority. As a result, quiet hours are
established for all student residential areas.
Additionally, courtesy hours are always in effect and excessive noise that
is disruptive at anytime to the living and learning environment is not
acceptable.
